It’s September Again!

September is often intense for people. As I looked at this year, back in March, August looked like it might be the most intense month of the year overall. Because of how numerology works, however, September will always be an amplification of the themes of a year.

And now, I’m sorry, but I’m going to have to talk about some basic math.

Basic Numerology

Every number has a unique vibration. 8, for example, is about expansion, growth, evolution, and so forth. If you’re into astrology, it’s very Jupiterian.

When we look at the numerology of a year, we can look at it universally or personally (for an individual). We arrive at the Universal Number for a year by adding the digits together: 2+0+2+4=8 Because the sum is a single digit we do not reduce it further.

If we want to calculate a Personal Year, you would add to the sum of the digits the sum of the digits of that person’s month and day of their birth. Example 8 (Universal Year) +0+5+0+3=16 which is 2 digits, so we reduce it further 1+6=7. So someone born on May 3rd would be having a & year this year.

A small exception to this simple idea: if the two digit sum is divisible by 11, we can either reduce it or not. If we don’t reduce it, it’s a more spiritual number, which brings with it more responsibility. If we do reduce it, it is a “mundane” number and the person it affects gets to be a Jo Schmo.

The Numerology of September

Once we know someone’s Personal Year, we can then look at the general vibe of each month by adding the month to the year. So, for our hypothetical person whose birthday is May 3rd, and therefore was having a 7 year, March would be a 1 month: 7+3=10 and then 1+0=1.

September, being the 9th month, will always be the same number as the year. This means that the theme of the year for a given individual will be amplified in September. That, by nature, is going to be intense.

If someone has been meandering through their year unconsciously, as many do, September can broadside them, because their higher self is probably going to whack them upside the head to get their attention so they can process the theme of the year more consciously.

The Numerology of Particular Dates

To find the Numerological Value of a given date, you add that date to the month, Universal or Personal. I am writing this on August 29th, so Universally, we have an 8 year, and it is the 8th month: 8+8=16 reducing it further 1+6=7. To that you would add the date of the month, so 7+2+9=9. So Universally, this is a 9 day, which is the number of completion. For our hypothetical person whose birthday is May 3rd, their Personal Year is a 7, so August is a 6 (7+8=15 and 1+5=6), and August 29th would be an 8 (6+2+9=17 and 1+7=8).

If you are a math person, you may have already deduced that the 9th, 18th, and 27th of each month will be the most intense dates of that given month, because each adds up to 9, which means that the Numerological Value of that day will be the same as that of the month. In September, that makes those dates even more intense.

In Universal terms, those are going to be good days this year (at least from Spirit’s point of view), because there is rarely anything negative about the number 8. As I said at the beginning, 8 is about expansion, growth, evolution, and so forth. We’re in the middle of a paradigm shift, and these themes are very much in line with that.

Growth isn’t always comfortable for us, because our Negative Egos tell us that change is bad, and growth and evolution are change. But I want to suggest that what we’ve been doing so far hasn’t really been as awesome as we might like, so let’s embrace this change to the best of our ability. One of the ways I can help you do that is through my Re-Empowerment workshop, which went so well in August that I am offering it twice more this year. Another way is through one-on-one coaching, and I’m running an introductory offer for that through the end of September.

You may not want to wait that long.
