The Sun moved into Taurus on Sunday, grounding some of the fire energy from last week. But we still have a lot of Aries going on, especially with Mars in that sign May 18th. Pick your battles wisely, and lean into the passion rather than the anger.

It looks to be a very dynamic week, escalating (yes, again) the Paradigm Shift. This won’t be the last time that energy ratchets up; I just keep reminding myself of where we’re going.
One of the things to be watchful of is what and how you communicate. Not only is there a lot of passion flying around, people (maybe even you) are going to be super sensitive Tuesday and Wednesday, and it may linger into Thursday. And intense is a nice, mild word for how next weekend will go.

Heads up: there are two days of potentially disruptive economic conditions – Thursday and Saturday. Right now, that seems like a day ending in Y. So what would cause Spirit to call those two days out above all others?

Disruption, especially under current circumstances, is not necessarily bad. Thursday has a lot of healing energy and a celebration of the fruits of our labors, which suggests a positive disruption. Saturday is a more transformative energy, and feels very Phoenix-y, which always brings to mind the quote from Hotel New Hampshire: “whatever happened, happened quickly.” I suspect that a technology we rely on to deal with finances goes offline. Even if it’s just for a few minutes, it may prompt a lot of people to re-examine their relationship to that technology.

[Part of this Paradigm Shift is absolutely going to be financial. Our society, especially in the US, has made money our god, which is part of the problem. Money isn’t going away any time soon, and still our relationship with it has to change. It fosters the form of capitalism which enslaves people, commodifies them, and supports the patriarchy (which disempowers us all). If we are moving into a space where we acknowledge that every human being is equally deserving of love, honor, and respect, our relationship with money changes. Period.]

Saturday is also the day that revolutionary planet Uranus moves into Gemini for 6 or 7 years. We had a preview of this new chapter in July through November of ’25 before it retrograded into Taurus to finish off business there. In Gemini, Uranus touches the way we communicate and share information, news and media, transportation, and education. There’s a lot of AI influence highlighted, for better or for worse.
