For Better Sleep

14 drops lavender oil
2 drops mint
1 drop rosemary
in a spritz-y bottle of water
mist your bed, pillow, and head

Put amethyst & rose quartz under your pillow or between the mattress & box spring at head level.

Make one full, deep inhalation equal a count of 5
hold for 2
exhale 5
for at least 5 full cycles.

Then focus all your attention, to the best of your ability, in the center of your chest at the level of your armpits for a few minutes.

Relax your body, starting at the toes and working your way up.

Focus on spot in chest again.
