Been feeling a little raw?

The Earth recently passed through a region of space filled with negative-polarity magnetic fields. Such fields can open in Earth’s magnetosphere. Solar wind pours in.

This can make one feel raw, exposed, and oversensitive. Those issues which have been pushed aside until now have been blown wide open and are in the forefront. The effort required to sweep things back under the carpet may actually outweigh the effort required to just deal with them.

Some things that can help:

  • Writing. Just free-form write, getting out your issues and fears, so that they stop rattling around in your head.
  • Grounding. Imagine roots coming out of the soles of your feet, connecting the heart of the planet to your heart, to help firm up your foundation.
  • Increase your water intake. When we are hydrated, it’s much easier to manage one’s actions and reactions.
  • Meditation. Meditation is the best tool for balancing the emotions and fostering clarity.

The Earth is an aspect of our Higher Self. When a crack opens up in the magnetosphere, corresponding cracks open in our aura, and in our shields. Everything gets more real. So why not deal with the reality as it presents itself?
